SHORT DELIVERY

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are checked on delivery. Once the customer signs for delivery that serves as acknowledgment that the order in its entirety has been checked in full and is delivered complete. The customer further acknowledge that the order was received in good condition.

King Quality Meats will not be held responsible for any meat shortages once the driver has left and the invoice and or delivery note has been signed.

In the event that the short delivery has been identified upon delivery, the missing items will be replaced or refunded accordingly.

Refunds (if applicable)

STALE PRODUCTS

Our product goes through very strict quality control checks. Should there be a physical and visible defect on any of our products, you can contact us, and we will be glad to pick up the product from your destination, and give you a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE should you prefer.

Note that we will not refund products that has been consumed or thrown away. Only products that has been physically returned (even if cooked) will be refunded or exchanged.

Once the product you wish to return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval, alternatively rejection of your refund. In the event that your refund is rejected, reasons for the rejection will be provided.

If your refund and or exchange is approved, then it will be processed and payment will be made to the account used to purchase the product within 7 days of approval of the refund or alternatively delivered to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the 7 days mentioned above please do the following:

Check your bank account again;

Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted;

CANCELLED ORDERS

In the event that the purchaser cancels their order for which ever reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be levied on the total purchase (incl VAT). This fee will be subtracted from the refund due to the purchaser.
